Anong Becker is thrilled to be operating the Bangkok Spice Restaurant in Glastonbury. Her history in Thai restaurants in Connecticut includes her original “Thai Gardens” in Cromwell; the very popular Thai Gardens on Main and College Streets in Middletown; and Siam Cuisine in West Hartford.

Anong’s cooking style and her recipes tailoring traditional Thai cuisine to available American ingredients and American tastes are famous. Her restaurants have consistently received very high praise from reviewers and she is as proud of that as she is of comments from satisfied patrons.
